The Wilkerson-Roberts Family

As I am wrapping up the mini-sessions this year, I have to say, I have had SO much fun with them! We lucked out with the weather and had a couple of gorgeous days, but I have to say, the lighting with this particular session was amazing!

I love this family -- Cooper is one of Benjamin's best friends, and we have all known each other since before the kids were born. We even have a picture of Cooper and Benjamin's first playdate...with a three-week old Cooper snuggled up on my 5-month pregnant belly. :) That was before they lived in Colorado, but now with them living around the corner it is so much fun for the kids to get to play together. We never imagined that our boys would one day attend the same school!

Cooper and Mia were so much fun on this session -- all smiles all the time. Kristi and Arika, I hope you like your sneak peak!

And THIS is what happens when you turn the camera sideways to get a vertical shot... :)

Jillian, Class of 2015!

I had SO much fun on this photo shoot! Jillian is amazing -- she is smart, has a great sense of humor, and a fantastic relationship with her mom. I took her brother's senior pictures a couple years ago, so it was a special treat to get to work with Jillian, too. We were a little worried that we would get rained out -- the sky grew dark right before we met, and then it started raining right after we got started. Luckily, it blew over quickly and we were rewarded with a beautiful night and an amazing sunset!

Congratulations, Jillian -- I hope you like your sneak peak!

I couldn't resist this one...what photo shoot would be complete without a little Charlie's Angels?

Seriously...she and her mom are amazing. :)

The Younger Family!

I love getting to photograph these guys! I can't believe how big all the kiddos are getting -- it seems like just yesterday I was doing the twins' newborn pictures! Now Jacob is 5 and the twins are 18 months and they are full of life, energy, and smiles. We had a gorgeous night in Boulder for our session, and all went well until Morgan's dress to change into went missing. Luckily, we found it at the end of the session -- someone had been nice enough to find it and hang it on a tree. You have to love honest people! Unfortunately, we didn't get to get any pictures with those outfits, but the good news is that that means I'll get to see the Youngers again during my mini-sessions this weekend for a few more shots! Until then, Bridget and Shannon, I hope you enjoy your sneak peak! :)
